MyNest

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms apply to the MyNest Windows agent, the MyNest app, this website and the MyNest cloud service ("MyNest"), provided by the MyNest team. By creating an account or using MyNest you agree to them.

1. Who can use MyNest

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. What MyNest does

MyNest lets you reach your own computer from your phone: browse and transfer files, run commands, view system information and see or control the screen. You install the agent on a computer and link it to your account with a code shown on that computer.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Remote access

Remote access is powerful. MyNest keeps commands and file changes off until you allow them and asks for approval on the computer before screen sessions, but you decide what to allow and for how long. You can unlink a computer at any time from the app or the agent.

5. Plans and limits

The free plan has daily limits shown in the app. If paid plans are offered, their price, billing period and refund terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases made through an app store follow that store's terms.

6. Availability

MyNest depends on your computer being on and connected and on third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. No warranty and liability

MyNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of MyNest.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using MyNest and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell you in the app about important changes before they apply.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
