Delete your MyNest account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the MyNest app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → your profile → Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

Without the app

Email privacy@mynestagent.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my MyNest account". We may ask you to confirm before deleting, and we complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, password hash) and sign-in sessions.
• All linked PCs: they are unlinked immediately and can no longer reach MyNest.
• Usage counters and your plan details.

Command, script and task history is stored only on your PCs and is wiped when each PC is unlinked. Server logs are removed automatically within 30 days. Uninstalling the app or agent alone does not delete your account.
